Apartment Adrian differs from most other apartments because it was created to provide comfort like a vacation home: You and your family are guaranteed complete privacy because you are the only guests in the entire house and all the facilities' resources are subordinated to you only!

 

The accommodation is air-conditioned and equipped with a stable WIFI connection, it is located in an elevated position in a quiet street in the northwestern part of the city of Omiš, and is spread over a separate half of the complete house: it consists of an independent apartment of 82m2 on the 1st floor with a private entrance (surrounded by a garden with Mediterranean plants), with its own large closed garage on the ground floor (which has access directly to the street).

 

The building faces the monumental mountain rocks on the north side, while the south side faces the mouth of the Cetina River and the Adriatic Sea. From the northeast, the building has its own large terrace of 25m2 with a solid roof, ideal for afternoon relaxation with a large grill for grill lovers, while from the southeast, it has a large balcony of 16m2 suitable for morning sunbathing or evening relaxation with a drink, with a view of the old Omiš pirate fort surrounded by a mountain , by the river and the sea... The apartment has 2 bathrooms and 2 bedrooms (one with a large bed 180/200, and the other with two separate beds 90/200, a large kitchen and a separate living room with an extra bed (folding armchair).

 

Considering the summer crowds, it's a good thing that you can leave your car in the garage, and everything you need is very easy to do on foot: bakeries, banks, shops, cafes are about a 5-minute walk away, and in about 12-13 minutes you can reach the sandy beach of Punta in the center of Omiš or to another sandy beach next to the Galeb Auto-camp at the eastern entrance to the city.
